We can assist you in developing policies and procedures for the management of health and safety in your processes.

We focus on flowcharts rather than text based procedures, in order to simplify the information and to provide clear steps for the user.

Once the new procedures are agreed, training can be rolled out to the designers. We recommend a formal training period, followed by a risk workshop, where the skills that have been learnt can be practiced and honed.
